THE FOUNDER'S STORY
I just wanted to be a better trader. I never expected the ensuing venture I would embark on. For forty years, I'd built things with my hands-custom cabinets, real estate projects, film sets as a union member of IATSE Local 52. I understood construction, systems, and how pieces fit together to create something functional and beautiful.
I spent a decade running Genesis Creations Contracting, an approved Medicaid waiver provider serving individuals with disabilities through New York's TBI and NHTD programs. That taught me something about how the world inadvertently excludes people through design that assumes everyone experiences it the same way.
Five years ago, I started trading, learning as I went, making mistakes, studying charts late into the night. I wasn't particularly good at it, but I was fascinated by the patterns. The way prices moved, the rhythm of the market, the waves of buying and selling pressure.
Then one night, staring at my screen, something clicked.
The price movements weren't just visual patterns. They were musical patterns. Uptrends sounded like ascending scales in my head. Downtrends like descending notes. I literally heard the market.
And that's when the second realization hit me: if I could hear these patterns, someone who processes audio information professionally—a musician—would be
extraordinary at this. They already have the exact skills trading requires. Pattern recognition. Timing. Rhythm. Discipline. The ability to process complex auditory information and react in real-time.
But musicians who happen to be blind? They have no way to trade. Every platform, every tool, every chart assumes you can see. The financial markets—flexible, location-independent, potentially lucrative—are mostly inaccessible to 700,000 blind people in America.
Not because they lack capability. Because no one bothered to build the tool. So I built it.
MaMoo converts market data into musical notation in real-time. It's not an adaptation—it's a complete reimagining. When the market moves, you hear it. When patterns form, you hear them. When opportunities appear, they sound like
opportunities. You can also think of it as Audible Analysis, along with fundamental and technical.
I spent years developing it, testing it, refining it. Filed patents. Defended them when a competitor tried to invalidate them. Lost sleep, invested savings,
learned more about audio processing and software development than I ever imagined I would.
In September 2025, Audible Traders received 501(c)(3) approval. We're not a software company—we're a mission of economic empowerment for people who've been
told financial markets aren't for them.
But here's the thing I didn't expect: building for blind users made the product better for everyone. Audio trading isn't just accessible—it's effective. Sighted traders want it too. People with declining vision. Anyone who processes
information better through sound. Anyone tired of staring at screens all day.
I didn't set out to solve accessibility. I set out to trade better.
The result just happened to break down barriers for millions.

Anthony McCabe is a serial entrepreneur and inventor whose diverse 40-year career uniquely positioned him to solve a critical accessibility gap in financial markets.
His professional journey spans custom cabinet making, real estate development, film production as a member of IATSE Local 52, and healthcare accessibility leadership.
From 2005 to 2015, Anthony operated Genesis Creations Contracting as an approved Medicaid waiver provider through New York State's Traumatic Brain Injury
(TBI) and Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) waiver programs.
This experience provided deep insight into both disability services infrastructure and the systemic barriers that prevent capable individuals from accessing economic opportunities.
As an amateur trader for five years, Anthony experienced his breakthrough insight: market price movements create distinct musical patterns. Recognizing patterns,
timing, audio processing, and discipline, he invented MaMoo, a patented technology that converts stock market data into musical notation in real-time.
This innovation addresses a stark reality: trading has been mostly inaccessible due to its reliance on visual charts.
MaMoo eliminates this barrier while simultaneously creating a valuable tool for mainstream traders seeking an auditory interface or a break from the screen.
Anthony holds multiple U.S. and international patents for his audible trading technology, granted in March 2024. When a competitor challenged the patent's validity through USPTO Inter Partes Review, Anthony successfully defended it, demonstrating both the innovation's legal defensibility and its distinction from existing audio trading tools. You can think of it as Audible Analysis, along with fundamental and technical.
In September 2025, Audible Traders received 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, enabling the organization to pursue its mission of economic empowerment through accessible financial education. The organization is currently developing a beta program for blind musicians, combining accessible technology with professional trading instruction to prove that financial markets can be truly inclusive.
Anthony's approach reflects a broader principle: designing for accessibility creates better products for everyone. By solving for the most challenging use case—blind musicians with sophisticated audio requirements—Audible Traders is
building a trading interface that appeals to sighted traders seeking reduced screen fatigue, aging investors with declining vision, and anyone who processes
information more effectively through sound.

Yes! We assume zero trading knowledge. If you can follow instructions and
practice regularly, you can learn this.
"I'M NOT A PROFESSIONAL MUSICIAN. WILL I QUALIFY?"
If you play any instrument at any level, you qualify. Even basic music reading
or theory knowledge is enough.
"DO I NEED EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT?"
No. You need: a computer, internet connection, headphones, and screen reader software (if totally blind). That's it.
"WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE ONE OF THE SESSIONS?"
We record all sessions. You can catch up. But consistent attendance is strongly encouraged.
